PAMPER WHAT YOU DO, PAMPER WHAT YOU ARE
Here we give you all the recommendations to keep your products in great condition

Take care of your watches
Protect your watch and prevent it from being scratched.
Wipe it with a soft, clean cloth to avoid leaving marks. It is not necessary to overtighten. The cloth can be damp as long as the model is waterproof.
Avoid bumps and elements that may cause scratches.
Even though it is water-resistant, avoid contact with water. After an impact, a crack may appear that allows water to enter and damage its operation.
Take care of your watches
Avoid direct contact with chemicals of all kinds (creams, detergents, soaps, etc.).
Entrust any modifications to our experts.
Store it in its original box. If not, never with the dial facing down.

YOUR PEACE OF MIND IS OUR GUARANTEE
WATCH WARRANTY
Your Mark Maddox watch is covered by Grupo Munreco, S.L. (Calle Anabel Segura, 7 - 28108 Alcobendas –Madrid–) against manufacturing and material defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this International Warranty Certificate.
To apply the warranty, it is necessary to present the original International Warranty Certificate (photocopies are not valid), dated, correctly and fully completed and stamped by an Official Mark Maddox Dealer, along with the original purchase receipt, ticket, or invoice.
During the warranty period, if any components covered by the warranty are found to have manufacturing or material defects under normal use conditions, the watch will be repaired or replaced.
If repair is not possible, Mark Maddox cannot guarantee that you will receive an identical watch, so it may be replaced with one of identical or similar characteristics and comparable value.
EXCLUSIONS FROM THIS WARRANTY:
- Battery life.
- Wear and aging of the watch due to normal use (e.g., scratched crystal; color and/or material changes in non-metallic straps, such as leather, fabric, rubber; wear of plating on metal straps, case, etc.).
- Any damage to any part of the watch resulting from misuse, abuse, lack of care, negligence, or accidents (impacts, dents, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch, or failure to follow the usage instructions provided by Mark Maddox.
- Watches serviced by unauthorized service centers or personnel (e.g., for battery replacement, services, and repairs) or that have undergone alterations outside the control of Mark Maddox.
- Damage caused by fire or other natural disasters.
In accordance with applicable regulations, this warranty does not affect your legal rights as a consumer in cases of product non-conformity with the contract, which are independent and compatible with the commercial warranty outlined in this document.
Such rights include, among others, the right to obtain from the seller and, if legal conditions are met, from the manufacturer, free repair or replacement of products that show non-conformity within 36 months after delivery, provided that the non-conformity existed at the time of delivery.
Unless proven otherwise, any non-conformity that becomes apparent within 6 months after delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or the nature of the non-conformity.
To benefit from the legal warranty, you must provide proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, purchase receipt, or delivery note).
Therefore, it is very important to keep the purchase documentation.
WATER RESISTANCE
If your Mark Maddox watch is water-resistant, after opening the case for battery replacement or other handling, it is necessary to verify the water resistance at a Mark Maddox dealer. We recommend periodic checks of your watch's hermeticity to maintain its water resistance.
ANTI-MAGNETISM
The module of your Mark Maddox watch may be temporarily affected by strong magnetic fields, causing the watch to run slow or fast. The watch will resume its usual accuracy once the magnetic influence ends.
TEMPERATURE
Your Mark Maddox watch maintains normal accuracy at temperatures between +5°C and 35°C. Exposure to direct sunlight or a heat source may cause: - Temporary delay or advance. - Reduced battery life. - Damage to the seals ensuring water resistance. To avoid condensation, do not expose your watch to sudden temperature changes (saunas, direct sunlight, immersion in cold water, etc.).
BATTERY
Battery life is not covered by the warranty. Do not leave a discharged battery in the watch for an extended period. Leakage from a discharged battery could irreparably damage the movement; such damage is not covered by the warranty.
AVOID STRONG IMPACTS
Your watch can withstand movements and impacts that may occur in everyday life, but not extremely strong impacts.
AVOID CHEMICAL PRODUCTS
Avoid using your watch with chemical products, solvents, and gases. Contact with materials such as gasoline, nail polish, adhesives, or paints may cause discoloration, deterioration, or damage to the case, bracelet, and other components.
KEEP THE WATCH CLEAN
Dirt left on the case or bracelet can cause skin irritation and damage the watch. The watch bracelet easily accumulates dust and sweat due to direct contact with the skin; even a stainless steel or plated bracelet can oxidize if not cleaned for a long time. Metal watch bracelets are generally washed with a brush and soapy water and dried with a soft, absorbent cloth to remove remaining water. When washing the bracelet, be careful not to let water enter the watch.
